The value of the agricultural products and the huge agribusiness industry that has developed in the basin produces 92% of the nation's agricultural exports, 78% of the world's exports in feed grains and soybeans, and most of the livestock and hogs produced nationally. New Trial Appeal (because of tained jury)
My 2¢ :
This jury was not "rushed" when polled. Besides the group verdict, they individually
stood and said "guilty". A woman juror was obviously crying in this process. Was this jury rigged? Were heavies put in the jury room to pressure honest jurors who would see through the prosecution's non-case? Why was the case allowed to proceed based on a plot the DA fabricated that morphed daily based on the defence presented? What about the "terrorists" who the FBI shied away from after a 7 year surveliellance? The judge's abiding the (illegal) introduction of Luxor (Ebytian pyramid massacre unrelated to this case) in the DA summation? And was this jury rigged like high-profile "terror" cases in the UK?
Why did the press not attend this so-called "terror" tiral? They only appeared when beconned by the DA.
