Newsy Notes from the LYNNE STEWART Persecution
update
The conviction wasn't overturned due to jury tampering. The judge didn't think coersion of one juror (the crying gal) was anything to blink at. And other concerns were dismissed.
There were fixed trials in UK and jury selection may be revealed to be key to that. Meanwhile...
There is yet another postponement in the sentancing date.
The longer they take the lower the prosecution's esteem as they are part of this crooked war-mongering administration. The domestic trials for so-called terror plots were all shown to be bogus in the acclaimed BBC documentary The Power of Nightmares. There's a great part that shows FBI fabrication and manufacturing devious 'plots' out of ordinary teenagers' activities. Hint: never take a video camera with you on a vacation and for Pete's sake - don't let a TREE get into your viewfinder no matter what!
